Rose Tree does require a $350 transaction fee for all residential sales transactions, and $150 for vacant land transactions. This charge not only covers the administrative work provided by the brokerage throughout a real estate transaction, but it also allows us to retain and maintain your closing documents post-closing , which comes in handy for future sales, tax questions, or anything else you may need! *We do offer a reduced rate for military service members.
